Overview

Digital Marketing (including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management).
Amazon FBA Account Handling (including account setup, listing optimization, inventory management, and advertising).
Walmart Account Management (including product listing, account compliance, and performance tracking).
By availing of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Terms
1. Scope of Services
We will deliver services as outlined in your signed agreement or project proposal.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may result in additional charges.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of services.
Respond promptly to our requests for approvals, feedback, or other necessary inputs.
Comply with the policies and guidelines of platforms such as Amazon and Walmart, including the provision of login credentials where required.
Payment and Refunds
1. Payment Terms
Payments are due as per the terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
For recurring services, payments are due monthly on the agreed-upon date.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if we fail to deliver services as outlined in the agreement due to our negligence.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery.
Refunds do not apply to:
Work already completed and delivered.
Third-party charges, such as advertising spend on platforms like Amazon or Google.
3. Late or Missing Payments
Late payments may incur an additional fee as outlined in your agreement.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, services may be paused or terminated.
Client Data and Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your sensitive information, including account credentials, business data, and any proprietary information.
Your data will only be used for the purposes of delivering the agreed-upon services.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for performance analysis and improvement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days.
In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
Early termination by the client before completion of the agreed-upon work may incur additional charges.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Platform-related issues or downtime caused by third-party services such as Amazon or Walmart.
Account suspensions, penalties, or bans due to violations of platform policies unless directly caused by our negligence.
Losses or damages arising from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.
Ownership of Work
Deliverables such as campaigns, reports, and account optimizations remain the property of Digital Dream Works until full payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in Florida, as per the agreement.
